After getting a Bachelors Degree from Rider University (at the time it was Rider College, no I am not “old”, I am in my early 40’s). I enrolled for an advanced degree program at Pratt Institute in NYC. I received my Masters degree and after years of practicing my art, I am happy to say I am a former art director who specialized in package design and did a ton of private label packaging for a variety of companies before getting “burned out”. I moved away from the design world, only to find myself stepping into a whole new field……health, beauty and wellness.
I am now an independent consultant with a company called Arbonne International and fell into this purely by happenstance. I am making more money working part time (20 hours per week) now then I did working 60-70 hours per week working in NYC as an art director. I have an amazing team working with me. Best of all is I OWN MY OWN TIME NOW. I am now well on my way to retiring my husband, traveling with my family, buying my dream home on the beach and being debt free!
